Craigavon Samaritans Fundraiser - The Motown Sensations

Let’s have a fun night out while raising funds for Craigavon Samaritans!

Craigavon Samaritans are a volunteer led charity based at 162 Thomas Street, Portadown.  We offer emotional support and a listening ear to anyone who is struggling to cope.  This year we are celebrating 50 years of listening.  Every 4.5 minutes, Samaritans in Northern Ireland respond to a call for help.  We’re here, day or night, for anyone who’s struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure.  Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we’re taking action to prevent the crisis.  We offer listening and support to people and communities in times of need.  In prisons, schools, hospitals and workplaces, Samaritans are working with people who are going through a difficult time and training others to do the same.  Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide. That’s why we work tirelessly to reach more people and make suicide prevention a priority.

Why Come?: To raise funds for a great cause, and to give back to a local volunteer led charity that helps so many people when they are at their lowest. Not only will you be raising funds for Craigavon Samaritans, you will also have a great time in the process, listening and dancing to uplifting Motown hits and disco music.

Ticket Prices: £15 - 100% of the ticket proceeds, as well as all money raised on the night, will go directly to Craigavon Samaritans.

The Motown Sensations are an established live act specialising in a variety of Motown and Soul hits spanning across 5 decades, fused with some up to date contemporary favourites.  They have been filling dance floors and exciting audiences for years.  Don't forget your comfy dancing shoes when you attend a Motown Sensations performance!
