I had priority meet and greet tickets but there was no structure in to who got to meet Marcel first, nobody knew what was happening

There was a bit of a mix up with the meet and greet we had paid for as we weren't told it was only a photo opportunity on the dance floor with everyone else but the manager was brilliant when we told him we missed out and took us to get our photo with Marcel immediately. Very accommodating. Overall a brilliant night.
