Fury's Live - Launch Weekender on Friday 24th - Saturday 25th May 2019

Fury's LIVE presents a weekend of outstanding live music on our new stage, as we launch the first of many events where we'll bring the best original live music down to our little town. Support your local scene, get involved and help us put Ayr back on the national map for live music...

Friday night welcomes eveyone's favourite ska-punk band The Hostiles for a special hometown date to mark the end of their Scottish 10-Year Anniversary Tour.
'Upbeat, effervescent, bouncy and danceable' -Punktastic
'Infectious and overflowing with energy'- Big Cheese Magazine
'Awesome!!' - Aaron Barrett (Reel Big Fish)

With support from thisfamiliarsmile, and a very special one-off performance by Polar Bears in Purgatory, reforming specially for this gig, it's a unique chance to see these bands together on what's guaranteed to be a night to remember.

On Saturday we're proud to bring one of Glasgow's most exciting young rock bands Anchor Lane. This band's star is on the rise, 2018 saw them play at the legendary Download festival to a packed tent of fervent fans, and local gig goers will remember them from their mainstage set at the Winterstorm Festival.
“Explosive hard rockin’ sounds from a young band with some unforgettable riffs.” Jim Gellatly. Presenter, Amazing Radio
“I’ve seen Anchor Lane perform live and their obvious enthusiasm shines through. I can’t wait to play their catchy tunes on Rock Radio Scotland.' Tom Russell. Presenter, Rock Radio Scotland.

Saturday support from local stalwards Deadeyes, joined by Feral Agenda, Helix Vision and ZANG. Rock fans won't want to miss this.
