The Oasis Down To Earth Farm Southampton

Oasis Down to Earth Farm is a community education centre based within the city of Southampton. The farm is open to the public at weekends, 10am-3pm, admission is £2 for adults and £1 for children.

During the week we run an Adult Learning Disability Programme, a group for people living with Dementia and have educational school visits (the farm has a close relationship with two units working with young people at risk of exclusion from mainstream education and those with specialist educational needs). At the weekend we host children’s birthday parties and interact with the general public.

The farm offers everyone the opportunity to interact with animals and the natural environment, providing education, promoting independence and most importantly inspiring happiness within a safe and relaxed environment.

Our residents include chicks, pigs, sheep, goats, a rare breed cow, poultry, guinea pigs, rabbits, hedgehog, skink, degus, snake, sugar glider, bearded dragon, gecko and so much more!
