No previous experience of either Tai Chi or Yang style is necessary as you will be introduced to the history and principles of Tai Chi from day one. This programme will take you through the Yang Form one step at a time under the guidance of an experienced professional Instructor. We will make use of demonstrations, group practice, partner work and discussion in our teaching.
Berkshire Tai Chi is one of the oldest Tai Chi schools in the Royal County, teaching across the whole county. Membership of Professional Bodies includes the TCUGB and the CIAA, of which we are a founder member.
The fee for September is £35 (thereafter £40 p.c.m.) or £65 (and £75 respectively) for married couples/partners.
