Review of The Witchery

Overall rating: 4.5

A friend and I had the light lunch menu in the garden room. The starter of pea and ham soup was very tasty but not quite hot enough. Main courses of fish pie and rissoto were excellent and we enjoyed the wine. Probably a similar standard of food could have been cheaper elsewhere but it is worth paying a bit extra to enjoy the surroundings and ambience at the Witchery. Would definitely go again.

Review of The Witchery

Overall rating: 4.5

Booked originally for pre theatre menu but decided to go for the fixed price 3 course as the dishes sounded so nice. We were not disappointed. Every course was delicious and service was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. A la carte menu also looked lovely so will maybe save up to go back for that. Surroundings very impressive also.A bit quiet as we ate relatively early but was filling up as we were leaving. Would recommend as I'm sure there is something to suit every taste.
