If you are a fan of all things pickled, then The Big Brine is the place for you. A festival focusing on the brined and fermented, The Big Brine heads to London's Hackney Bridge from Saturday 12th to Sunday 13th September.

Showcasing the craft, creativity and culture of brine and fermentation, the festival covers food, sustainability, wellness, hospitality and alternative eating. With plenty of food for you to try, come for some unexpected taste sensations with flavour mashups that you won't believe you hadn't tried already.
