The first wave of the Roskilde Festival 2027 lineup has been announced

Tame Impala, Ezra Collective, Caroline Polachek and the Patti Smith Quartet lead the first wave of acts for Roskilde Festival‘s 2027 lineup

For its 55th edition, the Danish non-profit festival has announced the first 18 acts of its lineup, with 200 more acts to be announced. Taking place between June 26 and July 3, the festival is known for featuring a range of genres, sounds and expressions, drawing thousands of people each year. 

This year, Roskilde will be led by Patti Smith Quartet, Caroline Polachek, Tame Impala. Other acts also include Kacey Musgraves, Ezra Collective and Suki Waterhouse.   

Last year's festival featured big names such as The Cure, Addison Rae, Gorillaz, Zara Larsson, Ethal Cain, and Lily Allen. 

Roskilde Festival’s Head of Music, Thomas Sønderby Jepsen, stated, “With the first announcement, we are outlining the programme with 18 acts representing vastly different sounds and tendencies… There is pop, hyperpop, rock, metal, punk, hip-hop and jazz, and both compelling new voices and major names such as Tame Impala, who are playing only a handful of European festivals this summer.”
