Scottish music  festival Loopallu have announced indie pop band The Feeling as headliners.

As one of the UK’s favourite feel good acts of recent years, The Feeling have just released their third album, injecting new life into their back catalogue of infectious pop hits that already includes ‘Never be Lonely’, ‘Fill my Little World’ and ‘Sewn’.

Continuing the sing-a-long theme and on the back of a hugely successful Highland tour, Fratellis frontman John Fratelli will also be appearing at Loopallu. As well as playing songs from his new album, expect to hear some of the classic hits that made the Fratellis one of the biggest bands in the UK.

Another exciting addition to the eclectic line-up comes in the form of the recently reformed Bluebells, best known for their 1984 hit ‘Young at Heart’.

Loopallu, or ‘The Little Fest in the West’, has built up an amazing reputation over the past six years, becoming the perfect way to say farewell to the festival season.  Situated in the pretty fishing village of Ullapool, on the shores of Loch Broom in the North West Highlands Loopallu caters for all ages and tastes, with local food and drink aplenty along with the now legendary late night fringe throughout the village.
