Squarepusher heads to Manchester for one of three appearances with his new band Shobaleader One on Friday 6th May at Gorilla.
After road testing the show in Brighton and London last year to acclaimed success, Squarepusher's seminal catalogue will be brought to life by the seriously funky collective in London, Berlin and Manchester.
The first emergence of the then fantasy group brought d'Demonstrator (listen to a track above), a progressive chunk of electro-funk offering a new dynamic to the long-standing recording artist.
Having honed his craft with a collective of four musicians, the Warp mainstay's managed to make the band a reality and reinterpret a batch of his classics to pull together a wholly sensory, emotive and mystifying experience.
