Taking place over two days at Hackney's Curtain's Studio in London, from Saturday 28th - Sunday 29th March 2020, the inaugural Shesaid.so X Skiddle Womxn Festival Bootcamp will offer women looking to pursue a career in the festival industry the opportunity to work on real-life management problems, developing the essential skills and understanding necessary to manage such an event.

Connecting members from all sectors of the music industry, from decision making professionals to emerging talents, Shesaid.so was the first community of women built to raise awareness of the issues and challenges faced by women and the non-binary community in society today, lobbying for change that promotes gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

Attendees of the course will benefit from a wealth of knowledge and first hand experience from a host of leading industry professionals. Each participant will leave the bootcamp with a personal development plan towards gaining further management skills and ultimately, a role at one of the many festivals worldwide.

The bootcamp will run from 9am to 6pm, with lunch and refreshments provided throughout both days. A special networking event and DJ set on Sunday evening will conclude the weekend.
