Sheffield to be lit up by new illuminations

See a plethora of artworks across Sheffield landmarks during December.

A new illumination event will see Sheffield lit up at night this December. Called Lights Up, it will see Sheffield Cathedral, Sheffield Central Library and Pounds Park lit up.

Making the most of the dark winter nights, the illuminations will last from Friday 5th to Sunday 14th December. Each area will see different works of art being projected, with works by Pete McKee, Peachzz and Double Take Projections on display. So, if you fancy a night walk featuring brigh illuminations to warm you up amongst the darl, then head to these locations from 5pm to 9pm.
