Sheffield bass crews unite for huge free rave at Dryad Works this weekend

Sheffield’s bass scene is stepping up in a big way this weekend, with a proper community-led free party landing at Dryad Works.

Linking up Wub Club and Off Me Nut Records, this one’s all about keeping things raw, with no fluff and pure sound system culture at its core, bringing you big energy and even bigger tunes from some of the Steel City’s finest.

On the bill, you’ve got a stacked run of local talent bringing the heat, including Phatworld, Hungry Lungz, Shaun Dean, Thorpey, Deadbeat UK, Forca, Venz, Dankle, Dalts, Becky Rhodes and SOPH. Basically, this is a snapshot of Sheffield’s bass-fuelled underground in full flow.

Backing it all is serious hardware, with local stack connoisseurs Sinai Sound System and Impulse Audio powering the night. As expected with these guys, it'll be bass music as it’s meant to be heard - loud, immersive, and fully felt in a packed-out room.
