Celebrated guitarist and current member of The Cure, Reeves Gabrels is heading to Manchester's Night and Day Cafe with his Imaginary Friends outfit on Wednesday 14th October.
Labelled 'one of the most daring rock-guitar improvisers since Jimi Hendrix', Gabrels has been a frequent collaborator with the likes of David Bowie and The Cure's front man Robert Smith.
Performing with his band Imaginary Friends, a trio compromised of Reeves (guitar and vocals), Kevin Hornback (bass) and Jeff Brown (drums), the three-piece re-imagine rock and blues covers with astute lyricism and well-crafted melodies that flood vast sonic avenues.
