Peter Kay is bringing his record-breaking tour to an end with his final series of tour dates, and will be donating the profits to 12 cancer charities. The Bolton comic’s Better Late Than Never tour, which began in 2022 and has been repeatedly extended after shattering records, will run from December to August, where it will end at the AO Arena in Manchester, where Kay once worked as a steward.

Kay has announced that all profits from the tour dates will go towards 12 cancer charities, including Teenage Cancer Trust, Pancreatic Cancer UK, and Anthony Nolan. "Unfortunately, just about everyone knows someone who’s been affected by one of the cancers on that list.” Kay told The One Show, “I really hope people can get behind this - come out, have a great night, share a few laughs, and do something good for charity at the same time. It’s a win–win.
"You don’t even have to like me - raising money for these twelve charities goes far beyond that. Together, we really can make a difference."
Tickets for the final tour dates go on sale this Sunday, 30th November.
