Paul van Dyk launches new mentorship programme for emerging producers

Paul van Dyk has launched VANDIT Next Generation, a new mentorship scheme offering emerging producers feedback, guidance and release opportunities - Applications now open

Few names in trance and progressive music carry the same weight as Paul van Dyk, and now the legendary producer is looking to help shape the next generation, too.

The DJ and VANDIT Label Group founder is launching 'VANDIT Next Generation', a talent scouting and mentorship initiative designed to discover, support, and elevate the next generation of global electronic music producers; bridging the gap and offering creative guidance, personalised feedback, and professional release opportunities.

Speaking on the initiative, Paul van Dyk said: “The VANDIT Next Generation programme isn’t solely about music, this is my opportunity to support the next generation within the dance music community. The initiative has been designed to nurture creativity, assist aspiring artists in finding their true voice, and guide the next wave of talent to reach their full potential. I’m excited to work with the five chosen producers and help them take the next steps forward in their journey.”

Open to producers working across Trance, Progressive House, Melodic Techno, Chill, Downtempo, and anything that blurs genre, the programme looks to bridge the gap between underground talent and the wider international dance community, with a unique opportunity to receive direct mentorship from one of its most influential figureheads.

The initiative will see five standout artists selected and mentored by Paul van Dyk. Whether that's on track development, artistic identity, or refining their sound to a professional release standard. Selected tracks from the programme will also receive official releases through VANDIT Label Group, giving emerging artists a potentially huge career-launching platform.

Applications are now open worldwide, with producers asked to submit their strongest original track via a Dropbox or SoundCloud link to demos@vandit.com, along with a short biography and introduction. Entries close on 15th June 2026.
