Montpellier's & Chairman's Reserve Bring the Caribbean to Manchester's Northern Quarter

Chairmans Reserve Caribbean Calling
Three courses of Caribbean food and rum cocktails to Caribbean music along with a tasting course in St Lucian Rum. Sun, Fun and Lots of Rum!

Chairman's Reserve Caribbean Calling will be from 18.30-21.30 on 18th July. The evening is a taste of Caribbean Culture and a guide through StLucian rum and culinary treats. Guests will go a journey through Chairmans Reserves exquisite range of rums, including the rare and exceptional 'Forgotten Casks' which are 40 years old barrels of pure pirate gold!

Guests will enjoy a three course food menu paired with the tasting notes of Rums such as Chairmans White, Reserva, and Spiced, each rum blended exquisitely that will whisk you away to the Caribbean.


The evenings will be compeer by John West of Chairmans Reserve and Montpellier's own Adam Westbrook, together with and Dave Marsland of Drinks Enthusiast.

Keeping the laid back ambience of the Caribbean flowing throughout the evening guests will benefit from discounted Chairman's Reserve cocktails while Montpellier's provide a quintessential sound track to your night!

Menu:

First Course: Warm Goats Cheese, Pinenut and Honey salad paired with a Honey and Walnut Rum Manhattan

Second Course: Creole Chicken Rugai paired with a Pickled Ginger & Chilli Daquiri. A vegetarian option is also available which is a Sweet Potato and Spinach Rugai

Third Course: Poached Pear Flambe in Cointreau with Rum and Vanilla Ice Cream paired with a Raisin and Orange Spiced Rum Frozen Daquiri
