Manchester beer & food festival set for a three day takeover this weekend

Taking place at Platt Fields Market Garden, the event will run from this Friday to Sunday 19th July.

From this Friday (17th July) to Sunday 19th July, Manchester Urban Diggers and Track Brewery will be joining forces for the sixth edition of their three-day beer and food music festival. Set to host some of Manchester's most popular restaurants and chefs, including Honestcrust, Isca, A-Kin, Boli Oyster Bar, and Where The Light Gets In. 

Plus an array of indie beers, ciders and wines, Track Brewery will be running the bar, stocking beers and ciders from a curated line-up of independent breweries. The three-day takeover will be taking place at Platt Fields Market Garden.

With this being a family-friendly fun event, there will be a range of activities for all ages running throughout the weekend, including pickling workshops, art sessions and a spinning & weaving workshop, as well as a bouncy castle. Also expect a full line-up of fantastic live music from the likes of DJ Kurlz, DJ Gardener, Mix Stress and Living Room Dance Club.

Celebrating great beer, cider & wine, award-winning food, the festival will start at 5 pm this Friday til 9 pm for one session. Then Saturday 18th July for two sessions (12 pm- 4 pm / 5 pm -9 pm), and finally Sunday, with one session - 12 pm- 6 pm
