Mall Grab has confirmed his return to Sheffield this September, as the Australian-born DJ and producer gears up to make his debut at Electric Studios.

Taking place on Friday 4th September, the headline show will mark his first appearance in the city since 2023 and follows a summer of international touring and major UK festival dates.

Mall Grab has a long history with Sheffield's underground electronic music scene. He first played The Tuesday Club in 2018 with an extended set to a sold-out crowd, returning in 2021 alongside Effy and Steel City Dance Discs.

His most recent Sheffield appearance came at Hope Works in September 2023, where he headed up a lineup featuring Moktar, Anika and a selection of local artists.

Known for moving between house, techno, breaks, electro and harder club sounds, Mall Grab has built an international following since emerging in the mid-2010s. His 2022 debut album, What I Breathe, reached number one on the UK Dance Albums Chart and featured collaborations with Nia Archives, D Double E and Turnstile's Brendan Yates.

More recently, he launched the Fragrance label alongside Effy and released ‘Just The Way You Are’, a 2026 collaboration with Milky.

The show also adds to a growing programme at Electric Studios, with Dusky, Channel One Sound System, Chicane and Silva Bumpa among the electronic acts heading to the Sheffield venue.

Further artists joining Mall Grab on 4th September are still to be announced, with tickets going on general sale at 12 pm on Friday 7th August. Sign up below.
