Maceo Plex and Friends at Electric Brixton

Saturday April 4th will see underground house and tech veteran Maceo Plex make his first appearance in London since destroying South West Four nearly a year ago, showcasing the incendiary sounds of his Ellum Audio imprint at Electric Brixton.

Widely regarded as a master of deep tech house, and techno, Maceo Plex injects his dancefloor primed music with heaps of emotion and passion, creating a sound aimed both at the mind and feet. His ability to traverse everything from melodic and thoughtful deep house through to out and out slamming techno keeps him free from categorisation and a consistently fresh and exciting presence in the underground. 

The dark and hedonistic sounds of Danny Daze will also be on show (see the two of them in action above). The fellow Miami native has very much established himself as a unique force in house and techno. His skills as a producer have seen him deliver floor filling, vocal house monsters on Hot Creations, followed by creepy techno bangers for Jimmy Edgar's Ultramajic label as well as Cologne's finest - Kompakt.
