On the back of MANA's hugely successful 'Summer Session' where TCTS headlined the MANA Music promotion team have decided to bring Preston newest house music night to the students of UCLAN.

MANA is Preston's newest and most exciting house music night.

For semester 1 of the 2017/18 academic year at UCLAN MANA will bring Preston a monthly residency at The Dark Room @ Roper Hall. Think 'hands in the air' House or EDM and thats a taste of what MANA offers. If radio shows such as R1 Dance Anthems and Capital Xtra Clubbers Guide are your thing then this is the night for you. MANA will be giving away glasses, glow sticks and other essential clubbing items on the night of the event also, look out for the promo team inside and outside the venue.

The first of these events is to be hosted in Week 2 of freshers on Tuesday 26th September and is aptly titled 'Freshers House Party'. Entry is free for 150 lucky people who register for tickets up front via Skiddle. Once all the free tickets are given away additional tickets will be sold for £5 per ticket.

Events for October and November are planned also. These will bring headline house DJ's to the UCLAN Student Scene.

Ron Matthews and Mark Whites both host and DJ at each event. Mark is a well established DJ with nearly 20 years experience of DJing in some of the norths biggest clubs from hosting Euporia and Ministry of Sound in Preston to playing Skegness Easter Weekend. He was also resident DJ for 2 years at Preston's first after hours house music night at Lofty's back in the mid 2000's.

Ron Matthews is mid way through an exciting debut year which has already seen him warm up for TCTS and open MANA's first event to a private crowd.

Both the boys love their music, from funky house through to the more driving Future house. Anthems and bangers are the weapons of choice at each MANA event. Headline DJ's are picked who can keep the MANA brand of entertaining, pumping and energetic vocal house.
