Lianne La Havas is back with a new single. The acclaimed London neo-soul artist’s latest track ‘Disarray’ is out now, penned by La Havas and produced by longtime collaborator Matt Hales.

Her first new release in five years, ‘Disarray’ follows on from her third record, 2020’s self-titled Lianne La Havas, which featured production from the likes of Hales, Mura Masa, and Nick Hakim, and received widespread acclaim, a Grammy nomination, and an Ivor Novello Award.

La Havas has always taken her time between album releases, dropping her debut Is Your Love Big Enough? in 2012 and sophomore effort Blood in 2015. Details of a new album are scarce as of yet, but the new track seemingly signals a new chapter for La Havas’ career. You can listen to the intimate single, which La Havas mused was “about vulnerability, honesty, and giving listeners a window into a moment of my life,” now.
