Lancashire Music Association announce industry talk dates

Throughout October and November, talks across the UK in support of aspiring musicians will be taking place

Lancashire Music Association supports Lancashire’s music sector with opportunities, investments and knowledge to anyone who wants to build a career in music. The association aims to facilitate and represent Lancashire’s music community “at a local, regional and national level.”

Lancashire Music Association have announced 24 pan-country events to support music-sector growth, build confidence and create connections. Events will be running across libraries, music venues, colleges, universities, festivals and community spaces. 

They’ll be hosting free interactive and discussion-led sessions, exploring music careers, making connections and next steps to take as a musician. Starting from October, events will be taking place in Blackburn, Burnley, Morecambe, Chorley, Preston. Tickets are available on Skiddle now.

The conversations taking place are to encourage people to put on events and practice their creativity, while also inviting music stakeholders to share their experiences in an open space.
