Ikons first event of 2014

No one in the city of Newcastle ever imagined that the legendary Ikon would come back, bigger, better and stronger than ever before. After sell out events at Bambu Newcastle and thousands of attendees at the 2500 capacity club LQ its definitely back with avengence! On Friday February 7th Ikon will be holding a special one off event at the 1850 capacity Newcastle University Students Union with the legends QFX and support. Full Ikon production, club branding, stilt walkers, fire eaters and the Ikon dancers... Its set to be another stormer! Promoter Chris McConville said 'After the Boxing Day event at Club LQ we had another 4 months until our next event at Club LQ so we thought we would hold a one off event at the University. It was all kind of last minute but as soon as i seen the venue we had to make it happen. We turned round things pretty quick and now i am sure we made the right decision.
