On Friday 23rd May 2014, The Groove Initiative launched the first part of their Musical Journey, Gatsby Friday - Session 1. Held at the luxurious Blind Bee, London EC3V. Here is just some of the feedback from those who attended on the night....

MARY PEARCE
Mary is one of the busiest singers on the UK scene both as backing vocalist with artists including Lionel Richie, Chaka Khan, Donna Summer, Beverley Knight and Roy Ayres.

Mary's phenomenal voice features on Calvin Harris' hit single "Ready for the Weekend".


BRENDAN REILLY
London-based Brendan Reilly is an American singer-songwriter of Jazz, Soul, Pop, and Dance music.

In addition to his own independent releases over the years, he has toured the world with artists such as Basement Jaxx and Sam Sparro, worked with artists such as Florence and the Machine, Duffy, and Rita Ora, been featured on countless TV and radio adverts, had music featured in films, and can regularly be seen in London's finest live music venues.


On Friday 27th June 2014, the only place to be is at Blind Bee. If you came down to Session 1, you know that we started off with a bang. Now we take it to the next level!
