Its been a busy year for 'Sweet Baboo' he's been touring with bands such as 'Slow Club' and collaborating with the likes of 'Gruff Rhys' (Super Furry Animals) and Euros Childs (Gorky's/Jonny). Amongst all that he's also managed to get himself nominated for The Welsh Music Prize (The Welsh alternative to The Mercury).
He will be in great company too as support comes from the very talented 'Matthew Kilford' and 'Indigo Earth' both very talented up and coming folk starlets on the London scene.
What people have been saying about these artists ...
Sweet Baboo - "the pop sensibilities of the record musically enact the lyric from third track The Day I Lost My Voice; You will always raise a smile from me, the entire EP is one massive, melodic grin. A must-listen" (for folks sake)
Matthew Kilford - 'Best to listen to on a wistful, melancholy journey that you're happy to get lost in' (for folks sake)
"Matthew Kilford was incredible" - Romeo Stodart (The Magic Numbers)
"Matthew Kilford is one of the most affecting singer/songwriters on the scene at the moment" (Amazing Radio)
Indigo Earth - "are an Alt-Folk five piece from North London. Fiercely high-energy as a full band act with the added bonus of having a beautifully harmonic acoustic set, With recent support slots for artists including Ben Howard, Marcus Foster, Ed Sheeran, Tinashe and Dog Is Dead under their belt, and a debut EP release in the near future, Indigo Earth are quickly becoming regarded as one of the most exciting new bands on the London scene"
