American singer-songwriter and multi instrumentalist St Vincent is set exhibit tracks off her latest studio effort, 2017's MASSEDUCATION, as she comes to Leeds' O2 Academy on Tuesday 28th August for what will be a stunning show.
MASSEDUCATION has proved a stellar follow up to the experimental singer's stunning self titled fourth record, which was named album of the year by The Guardian, Entertainment Weekly, NME, and Slant Magazine, as well as winning her a Grammy for Best Alternative Album, - the first solo female performer in 20 years to win a Grammy in that category.
Her fifth record has won high praise, with critics saying the record was; "nothing less than an absolutely towering achievement. A year after we all mourned the loss of creative geniuses like David Bowie and Prince, we should be thankful that one of their spiritual successors in Annie Clark is on fine form."
Clark's talents lie not just in the studio but also as a live performer too, and is set to work through tracks from all five her records in unmissable fashion when she lands in Yorkshire this summer.
