THE SOUND OF BRITAIN'S BIGGEST INDIE DANCE CLUB NIGHT

Since 2002 Buttoned Down Disco, Britain's biggest and most unique indie dance club night has had revellers dancing to the beat of cool indie, eclectic pop and alternative dance music. It's the perfect choice if you don't want to compromise your friend's diverse music tastes when choosing where to go on a Saturday night. This absolute gem of a night out magically combines the exclusive feel of a night made just for musical eclectics, with the friendly vibe of it being open to anyone with a song in their heart and rhythm in their feet. The best part? This indie club sensation has remained a success for the last fifteen years.

Held on the first Saturday of every month, on Saturday 7th October 2017, Buttoned Down Disco celebrate their 15th birthday and the party is sure to be a music lover and dance floor diva's dream.

Self-confessed music obsessive, club night founder and resident DJ Christian Laing, said "Where other club nights have fallen out of favour when musical trends have changed, Buttoned Down Disco has stood the test of time because we don't only offer a restricted niche of music. Our music spans genres and generations, providing a unique, fun, musical experience that is enjoyed by music lovers from across Europe, either at our regular venue, KOKO in Camden or at our summer boat parties and DJ sets at festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading and Latitude."

Entry is invitation only, an original concept in indie clubs which has helped to create a haven for music lovers who love to dress up and get down to dance! Students and those wanting their money go further queue up for the pre-10.30pm free entry. A consistent commitment to their ethos of a happy and safe door policy has established Buttoned Down Disco as London's biggest yet friendliest indie dance party! The happy, friendly vibe is further enhanced with glitter make up and showers of colour from giant, bouncing balloons that gently drop to the dance floor.

For large groups looking for a truly majestic night out in the capital or wishing to celebrate a special occasion, book the Royal Box or Directors Box with 25 or 30 queue jump tickets respectively, the facility to pre-order drinks and spectacular, panoramic views across the busy dance floor of one of London's most iconic venues, KOKO, which still retains it's theatrical architecture and palatial, decadent opulence from it's earlier incarnation as a theatre when it opened in 1900. On re-opening following a multi-million pound refurbishment in 2005, the venue attracted musical legends such as Amy Winehouse, Ed Sheeran and Kanye West. It only seemed fitting then, that after serving up their musical delights at a range of venues across London, KOKO would become the home of the now burgeoning following for Buttoned Down Disco.
