Catfish are making a long-awaited return, and, with all the posters popping up around Liverpool you may have been wondering what the lads were planning in the city...

Well, the lads from Llandudno have announced that they will be playing a massive show at Sefton Park on 11th July as part of their comeback tour which also sees them headline Reading and Leeds Festival; where they'll be bringing you all the bangers from their trio of anthem-filled records The Balcony, The Ride and The Balance. 

Tickets for In the Park presents Catfish And The Bottlemen go live on Friday 19th at 10am. This one is undoubtedly going to sell out, most likely on the day. Catfish and the Bottlemen were one of the indie darlings of the 2010s, with huge singles like Kathleen, Cocoon, Soundcheck, Longshot, and countless others, their electric indie sound captured the hearts and minds of many an indie lover over their three-album stint.

Despite having had troubles and splitting, Van McCann and Benji Blakeway are continuing the legacy, returning with a new band and the first new material in five years, 'Showtime', which is a teaser for Catfish's as yet unannounced fourth studio album.
