It does not go unnoticed that The Weeknds music has changed drastically over the past decade. Many of us fans continue to miss the old, darker sounding ambience that The Weeknds music used to create, this event is here to allow us to reminisce on that section of his forever growing catalogue.

If you are a true fan of The Weeknd, you will be well aware of his first three mixtapes: House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence. All of these mixtapes combine to make the album Trilogy which is a 3-hour masterpiece carrying heavy influences of rock, R&B and soul meshed into to build an out-of-this world sonic experience.

The Weeknds second album, Kissland, is also an impactful project heavily influenced by Japanese culture containing sounds of an almost dystopian nature, delving into The Weeknds stories of his vices and virtues.

Currently The Weeknds music would be considered much more mainstream and pop style, considering his expansive growth since the release of Beauty Behind the Madness and Starboy, he has managed to tour sold out shows at an international level, emphasizing the true relevance and impact of his sound. His more recent albums, After Hours and Dawn FM both continue to accentuate the upbeat themes that could be considered complete opposites to his original releases, highlighting The Weeknds unimaginable growth. However, we cannot forget the short EP, My Dear Melancholy, which, for a short while, brought back some original sounding, emotional music of the Weeknd after his break up with another famous celebrity.

It is rare The Weeknds older music is ever played in public settings on loud speakers and Do Not Disturb is here to fill that void, if you are a true fan of The Weeknd, this is not an event to be missed!
