The organisers of a successful festival close to Manchester have revealed a spin-off event which is sure to get people in the mood for the main event.

Beautiful Days festival has cemented itself as one of the most popular festivals to take place in and around Manchester and this year will see performances from Squeeze, Supergrass and the Alabama Three.

Now, the team behind the event has revealed that they will be organising a one-day spin off event in early July.

The A Beautiful Day Out event will use the same venue - Arley Hall - as Beautiful Days and will involve performances from the Levellers and Seth Lakeman. In addition, acts Three Daft Monkeys, Dread Zone, Nick Harper and Chumbawamba are all set to play.

A Beautiful Day Out is pencilled in for July 13th, while Beautiful Days will take place between August 15th and August 17th.

The Beautiful Days festival was nominated in last year's Best Small Festival, Grass Roots Festival and Family Festival categories at the www.festivalawards.com party.ADNFCR-1603-ID-18637311-ADNFCR
