Bandcamp launches new curator-led subscription service
Bandcamp Clubs boasts monthly album picks, exclusive interviews, and live listening parties.
Date published: 1st Sep 2025
Bandcamp has launched a new subscription-based music discovery platform, Bandcamp Clubs.
Rather than using algorithms, the new platform is built around curator-led selections. Each month, users can access a monthly record chosen by the curator, an exclusive artist interview, and a live listening party to connect with other music fans. Every record shared through a club is permanently added to a member’s Bandcamp library.
The $13 per month subscription has launched with four themed clubs: Dance Around The World curated by Jamz Supernova, Jazz-Ish Jazz Club curated by Tina Edwards, Kosmos Klub curated by Ajay Saggar, and The Hard Stuff curated by NTS Radio’s J Bennett.
The new service was “Inspired by old-school record clubs and online spaces where passionate fans come together to share and explore music, bringing together human curation with community connection”.
The new platform comes shortly after the return of Bandcamp Fridays.
