BBC Radio 1 presenter and drum n bass don Charlie Tee is gearing up for a landmark moment this November, headlining her first-ever London show at Number 90 Bar in Hackney Wick.
Taking place on Saturday 29th November, the event will bring her groundbreaking concept, U + ME = UNITEE, to the capital for the very first time.
UNITEE is Charlie’s passion project and a celebration of what makes drum n bass so special: connection, inclusivity and pure, collective energy. Its ethos is simple - to make the crowd just as much a part of the experience as the DJs. It’s about breaking down barriers between artists and fans so everyone on the dancefloor is an equal. The series has already made waves across the UK, hosting events in unique locations and uniting ravers through rhythm, and now it’s set to bring London’s bass community together for a proper, good old-fashioned skank.
For her London debut, Charlie will be curating a lineup that reflects those same values (keep your eye on the Skiddle blog for more details). Expect a night that blends forward-thinking drum n bass with the warmth and inclusivity that’s become her signature.
Pre-sale opens on Thursday 16th October at 10 AM, with general sale following on Friday 17th October at 10 AM. Sign up now for a reminder to get early access and make sure you don’t miss out.
