Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central Apartments are a collection of 28 modern stylish spacious apartments located in the heart of Glasgow city centre that offer underground car parking. Within 200 metres of Glasgow Central Rail Station these apartments offer exceptional access to Buchanan Street and are within walking distance of the SECC. Each spacious apartment offers complimentary wi-fi access flat screen televisions and dvd players. Within each apartment kitchens comprise of all the mod-cons including fridge/freezer combination microwave hob-oven kettle pots pans kitchen utensils and washing machine. All bedrooms can be arranged as a double bed or twin beds upon request. Underground car parking is also offered at an additional charge (car parking must be confirmed with the hotel before arrival). Multi-lingual staff members at the reception (8am-8pm) on the ground floor of the apartments can help with any questions regarding local knowledge to ensure your stay with Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central Apartments is enjoyable. p Fine Print / Important Information : At check-in a valid driver s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking. Hot-el-Apartments will pre-authorise your card GBP 100 or more per apartment booked prior to arrival as a security deposit for incidentals. For Prepaid reservations the pre-authorisation on a card would be due at the time of check-in. Preauthorisation/ Security Deposit amount may vary depending on the booking type and is completely at the discretion of the Hotel. Kindly contact the hotel for more information. Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations Preauthorisation of ?500 or more is required. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank s policy. Typically this may take 5-15 working days however some banks do take longer. The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage guest misconduct and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. In the event where the damage is in excess of the security deposit taken Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of damage caused. Reservations with stays more than 14nights are considered as long term stays. For these reservations 50% payment will be taken at the time of booking. Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments. Failure to do so may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in. Third Party payments and Business bookings : For business bookings and bookings with third party payments please contact the hotel directly for a 3rd party payment authorisation form to prepay the booking. Vat receipts are issued upon departure only. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver s licence/passport) at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present the guest may be refused entry. If you plan to check-in after 20:00 please contact Hot-el-Apartments in advance to arrange late arrival procedures. Extra beds requested are sofa beds or camp beds. For health and safety reasons bed linen is not provided for cots. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. No Pets except guide dogs are allowed. The property cannot accommodate hen or stag parties and parties are not allowed. All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. The property will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21.
