Gorilla in Manchester have just unveiled details for a 'huge' season of shows this autumn and winter, featuring an impressive roster of world class acts from the worlds of house, bass, techno, disco, drum & bass... and plenty in between.
Located in a railway arch beneath Manchester's Oxford Road Station, the venue - sister to the likes of the Deaf Institute and Albert Hall - has carved out a reputation as one of the best mid-size venues in the North West, hosting shows in recent months from the likes of Foals, Hot Chip, Lizzo and Kylie... yes the Kylie.
Kicking the A/W programme off on 14 September is club juggernaut and seasoned selector Max Chapman, who will be joined on stage by enigmatic house producer East End Dubs for an evening of stripped back tech.
Following dates will see appearances from the likes of Dread Recordings native Bladerunner, reggae-dub soundsystem crew Dub Smugglers and travelling party throwers Souljam.
Drum & bass legend Goldie will also present a special and highly anticipated commemorative event on 27 September, celebrating 25 years of Metalheadz - Goldie's definitive imprint.
