For nearly FOUR years now Contort Yourself have been slaving away in the basement of The Roadhouse creating a name for themselves as pioneers in the underground music scene, not only in Manchester, but UK wide. Bastions of The New Danceability whether that be jacked up techno, 8-bit house, cosmic baleria or batty bass, they have always found themselves ahead of the curve.

Constantly digging and unearthing fresh new talent, Contort Yourself have been responsible for brining some of todays biggest names to the front, with 2009 holding in particular sell-out live shows from the then unheard of LA ROUX as well as DRUMS OF DEATH and FENECH-SOLER. Simultaneously switching week on week to bring us genre crippling Dj sets from fresh faces including JACK BEATS, NOOB, RORY PHILLIPS, TODDLA T, RIVA STARR, alongside legends such as the FILTHY DUKES and DJ ZINC!
