Review of Stadium Fest Hereford 2021

Couldnâ??t get drinks app was closed for hours in 9 hours we managed to get 2 rounds of drinks for 6 people and the 2nd round was wrong aswell.

staff very rude, no alcohol was sold due to them not being able to keep up with the app, have lied on social media saying people was allowed out to bring drinks in. you was actually told leave the venue your not allowed back in. food stalls ran out of soft drinks for children. most acts didn't turn up. non social distancing. came far amd paid a lot of money which is very disappointing. left venue as most people did amd went back to our hotel 

The drink app was down when we arrived due to a 4 person bar, and the prices at the other stalls that werenâ??t selling alcohol and heat we all needed refreshments (or at least water especially with the elder and kids around) We arrived at 4pm after struggling to find our block (the security couldnâ??t either) and then to find it and it to be filled with others, so we were told to sit wherever. Masks went out the window after 6 and the drinks app finally opened. We ordered a round of Â£45 worth of refreshments and didnâ??t receive them, when we got some drinks they were really short, not what we ordered and theyâ??d given the order that was meant to be ours away to another bench. Tulisa pulled out last minute which I think people should have been told about and we were told even though we had wristbands we were not allowed back into the venue even when going to the car/shop/meeting others etc. The security watched as a girl got punched in the face by another â??socially distancedâ? group of people, and didnâ??t intervene or check up on either involved afterwards. Many were sunburnt due to the lack of shade and water (resulting in sun stroke). The best bit about the whole night was the DJ at the end, but after 9pm the social distancing went out the window and the toilets didnâ??t even have loo roll in. Really disappointed in my hometown for not thinking enough ahead. I think next time picnic beaches (that can fit the legal 6 on) with a umbrella for the option of shade for vulnerable people, would be a much better idea! 

All being said it was an great day even with all that went on. Music and weather were banging. Big thanks to all that put this together in the current situation and I'll be the first in the queue for tickets to the next one.  

Think it was disgraceful that you only tell us two days before the new rules and that you have to queue for food was absolutely great but the drink service was diabolical 4 1/2 hour wait pending bar closed what a joke

Have had fab time apart from wIting 4 hours for drinks
