Music great but the Maid of stone merchandise was shambolic & my t shirt Â£20 was incorrect & have not had a replacement. Wonât touch merchandise next year

Review of Maid of Stone Festival 2023

The sound in the MainStage went in and out quite a bit if bleeding from other stage as they were opposite each other. Food venues were mostly overpriced but not all. Some if the beer ran out Sunday morning. VIP seemed to be a waste of money. Need to attract bigger bands. Plenty of facilities however think would struggle if more people attended. Overall area a lot smaller than the previous Ramblin man festival. Sunday was the best day for bands, weather better as well ð
All in all a great weekend out, have already bought tickets for next year.

We were there, mainly, for Glenn Hughes but I was blown away by The Cold Stares. They were amazing! 

Awesome festival, hampered by the weather on the Saturday but thereâs not a lot you can do about that! Great bands, plenty of toilets, didnât have to wait long at the bar. I had a great time and I hope to return next year! 

Excellent event. Great line up. Provided a friendly family atmosphere.

Lessons to learn but the organisers say they are listening so..

Brilliant festival. Music was really great with choice of bands to suit tastes. Organisation and sound quality was spot on. VIP was a rip off. Everything else was excellent. 

Sound on the main stage was poor not the sound engineer the setup, no infill so had to stand back to hear the lyrics, if you were in the middle of the standing area you couldn't hear anything, second stage was ok

Great music, atmosphere, great people to chat to, friendly staff, good food and drink available. Toilet facilities - never a queue and always stocked. Constant litter picking. Ease of getting over the ground for a wheelchair user. All in all - Brilliant!

From a relaxed and enjoyable Friday night to the full-on closing Sunday, with Airbourne headlining, we had an amazing time!
Our autistic son thoroughly enjoyed himself, and everyone was fantastic with him, from the acts to our fellow festival goers.
Tickets already bought for 2024, which says it all.

The bands were great and nice relaxing atmosphere, some people were a bit aggressive and ruining it for others but youâd get that anywhere
