FAQs

Q. What is your policy for Children?
A. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over who has their own ticket. Children aged 2 and under can attend for free and don’t require a ticket. All other children must have a full price ticket to enter the concert.

Q. Is the event outdoors?
A. Yes, please ensure you dress for the weather and don’t forget your sun cream!

Q. If it rains will the concert still go ahead?
A. Absolutely! Concerts are only ever cancelled due to the weather if conditions become dangerous. However, you cannot bring an Umbrella, so please dress appropriately.

Q. Can we bring food and drink?
A. Food and Drink is not permitted apart from on Sunday night. There will be a number of fantastic food concessions and multiple bars offering a range of drinks on all nights.

Q. Can I bring a bag?
A. Yes, but please try to bring a bag no larger than an A4 piece of paper. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing one where you can as this would speed up your entry to the concert.

Q. Can I bring my professional camera?
A. Any cameras that are deemed ‘professional’ will be confiscated until the end of the concert. Allowed: Non- professional recording equipment

Q. Are there cash machines?
A. Yes

Q. Is parking available?
A. Parking is available on the green immediately next to the proms arena for VIP, Disabled and General Admission Customers. Car parking will be £10 when booked in advance and £20 if booked on the day of an event.

Q. Is there any seating?
A. Our chair policy is as follows: No chairs are provided by the event. We allow strictly 1 x foldable outdoor chair per person however seats are only allowed in a mixed seating and standing area towards the rear of the arena and space is limited. For the Sunday Proms concert, you’re welcome to bring chairs and a picnic.

Q. Where is Lytham Festival and how do I get there?
A. Please head HERE for all info on how to get to Lytham Festival

Q. Is there a dedicated wheelchair platform?
A. Yes, tickets will be available online and on the phone at 0800 988 4440. Booking early is advised. Customers who have purchased The Pass and require access to the wheelchair user platform must contact us no later than 48 hours after your purchase to secure access. Please email tickets@cuffeandtaylor.com and provide your contact details including a telephone number.

Q. I require disabled parking facilities. What do I need to do?
A. Car parking tickets are non-specific, however we have a designated blue badge area, specifically for blue badge holders. This is a short distance from the entrance to the arena. Car parking tickets can be purchased online. Access to the disabled car park will only be granted to those with a valid blue badge, we ask that this is displayed clearly, along with your car park ticket, on your dashboard upon entry.

Q. Are there other restricted items?
Yes, due to recent changes in legislation it is now an offence to bring flares, fireworks and smoke bombs or similar at an outdoor event. All items will be confiscated and passed on to the Police to deal with further.
