Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Yes, Trance In The Woods has a range of onsite camping options.

Glamping:

Check-In starts at 4pm on Friday (Closes at 9pm and re-opens 10am following day), Check-Out is 12pm Sunday.

 

Camping:

Check-In from 10am Saturday, Check-Out 12pm Sunday.

 

Caravan:

Check-In from 10am Saturday, Check-Out 12pm Sunday.

 

Campervan:

Check-In from 10am Saturday, Check-Out 12pm Sunday.

 

*If you've added Friday Check-In, this starts at 4pm (Closes at 9pm and re-opens 10am following day), Check-Out Sunday 12pm.

Alcohol is permitted in the campsite with limits of 24 cans and a 1 litre plastic bottle of spirit or wine per person. Any alcohol in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles. Cans can be mixed – e.g. 12 cider and 12 lager and they may be loose (not in a crate) but must not exceed 24. Please note that alcohol may not be brought into the event Arena which will be enforced upon entrance into the main festival. Strictly NO kegs allowed.

Power Hook-Ups are not provided.
