Skiddle guarantee that we have the lowest booking fees available for Equinox Festival tickets. We are an official primary ticket outlet and all tickets are processed and dispatched by Skiddle direct to you. All our tickets are sold at face value and originate directly from the event organiser.
Gate Opening Times
Strictly no entry after 10pm. Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10am-10pm
Car Park and Vehicles
If you are arriving in a vehicle you must have in hand ready your pre- purchased car park ticket (£15 + booking fee on the website) for entry at the gate or £20 cash to purchase one. You will be unable to access the site without one so please make sure if you haven't bought in advance, you have the cash out ready to get one! Cars are not permitted in the camping fields- if you are bringing a caravan, you must also purchase a car park ticket and return your vehicle to the car park once your caravan is sited.
You MUST BUY A VEHICLE PASS IN ADVANCE for vehicles over 3 tonnes - they cannot be purchased at the gate, with no access permitted.
- No access for vehicles over 7 ½ tonnes or vehicles or caravans wider than 7 feet without prior arrangement and written proof of this- please email enquiries@quinoxfestival
All live-in vehicles are advised that they must bring a fire extinguisher or fire blanket in accordance with the most recent fire regulations- you may be asked to show this on entry.
Under 12's are free but still need a ticket, please make sure a ticket has been bought/ applied for, for every child, even the little ones!
If you have added child tickets to your order and no longer need them, please contact Skiddle to release the unwanted tickets. There are a limited number of tickets so releasing them will allow other families to benefit.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - Equinox Festival 2018

Purchase of this ticket and/or its presentation at the event signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions set by the promoter (Medieval Chemistry Ltd):
Festival venue: encompasses car park, campsite and arena.
Persons under 18: must be accompanied by a responsible adult AGED 21 AND OVER on entering the festival venue and at all times while attending the festival; they may not bring alcohol into or consume it anywhere at the festival venue; original photo-ID with proof of age will be required for persons claiming to be 18 & over and 21 & over by the box office for access if accompanied by children, or in order to be given an adult wristband. Box office staff, security, stewarding and bar staff have the right to challenge age claims where they believe the claim being made is questionable and acceptable proof of age is not provided, or refuse to serve alcohol. acceptable forms of photo ID; A passport, European Union photocard driving licence, a photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram, national identity card issued by a European Union member state.
One adult aged 21 or over may accompany a maximum of TWO persons under 18 to the festival venue.
For Carer's Passes/ Disabled Car Parking you must bring evidence of being one of the following: Universal Credit/DLA/ESA, Incapacity/PIP. Carer's passes are limited to one per person and can be arranged in advance by contacting access@equinoxfesti
Right of admission reserved: the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the festival venue without a refund.
Aggressive or antisocial behaviour: will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.
Lost, stolen or incomplete tickets: admission will not be allowed to persons without ticket and stub (joined) in the case of hard tickets, or to a person presenting a ticket that has already been scanned in the case of e-tickets, or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen; keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.
Lost or altered wristbands: attendance without the relevant wristband issued by the event is not allowed and will result in ejection; wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be declared invalid and lost wristbands will not be replaced.
Glass, dangerous objects, flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, illegal substances, nitrous oxide and other psychoactive substances: none of these are permitted at the festival venue and will be confiscated; use of fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns will result in immediate ejection; animals not on leads and supervised at all times will be impounded at owner’s expense; patrons’ clothing and bags will be searched at gates.
Camp site curfew and vehicles: There will be no re-entry to campsites from outside the festival or the car parks between 10pm and 10am; no driving of vehicles will be permitted in the tented camp sites; no sleeping in vehicles in car parks is allowed
Campervan/Caravan tickets: holders of these must also hold valid tickets to the event to be allowed entry to the arena; entry to the campervan/caravan area will only be allowed to drivers of vehicles holding a campervan/caravan ticket each campervan/ caravan ticket entitles the holder to a minimum 7 x 7m space (we anticipate there being a majority of 10 x 7m pitches this year but not all pitches may reach that size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further info) and the ticket is valid for one campervan, or one caravan( for caravans a carpark ticket must also be purchased in order to park your car in the car park once your caravan has been sited) or factory-made trailer-tent only, no tents may be pitched in the Campervan/Caravan area.
Clothing & equipment: this is an outdoor event; it is your responsibility to be prepared for all weather conditions and to bring appropriate clothing and camping gear. Bring suitable clothes to wrap up warm in- it's September and can get chilly at night!
Fires: no fires will be permitted in campsites or car parks; use of BBQs is permitted within the designated barbecue area only. Do not use BBQs or stoves of any type in tents- tents are extremely flammable and there is a serious risk of carbon monoxide poisoning
Amplified music: no independent sound systems to be brought onto site.
Filming: you consent to appearance in film and sound recordings of the event as a member of the audience
Disclaimers: you use the festival venue at your own risk; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the promoter, its servants or agents or any person whilst entering or leaving the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death, injury, disease or loss caused to any person or to his servant or agent at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any loss, damage or theft to property including vehicles at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any inaccuracies in any information published with regard to the event.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising in connection with them.

Q: Do all under 16’s require a ticket?
A: Yes, under 5’s tickets are free, but they do need a ticket.
Q: Do Equinox provide Carer's tickets?
A: Yes, the festival also features a a dedicated mobility camping area- please email email@example.com for an application form.
Q: Beer/ wine/ spirits. Are you allowed to bring your own onto the campsite site or festival grounds?
A: Yes, by all means bring your own ( limited to a reasonable amount for your own personal consumption) but there will also be a bar at normal pub prices. NO GLASS PLEASE, ANY GLASS WILL BE CONFISCATED.
Q: Is there anyone who can help with transporting my bags/ tents etc?
A: Sherpas may be available to carry your things for a small fee.
Q: What sort of prices can I expect to pay for tea/ coffee, beer, food etc.?
A: Some festivals can be very expensive for this! This is part of the reason why Equinox Festival exists- everything at Equinox will be reasonably priced. High Street prices at most.
Q: What day does the campsite open on? What time?
A: The campsite will be open 10.00am Friday. You are welcome to stay until Midday on Monday, to allow you time to get a decent sleep and some food if needed before you go, we will then be starting to clear up the site.
Q: Can I buy a parking ticket at the gate?
A: Yes, but please buy in advance if you can as this will be easier and also it will be more expensive on the gate.
Q: Can I buy a campervan/ caravan ticket at the gate?
A: These will probably sell out in advance. If any remain they will also be more expensive on the gate. Please buy in advance!
Q: Does the festival have separate camping areas for families and the louder festival goers?
A: There will be a separate family camping area at the top of the field.
Q: How is the ticket money broken down?
A: All of it is spent creating the best festival in the universe. Equinox does not want to get bigger, just better :-)
Q: Are barbecues and fires allowed on the campsite?
A: Barbecues can be used in the designated area, as long as they are used safely and do not scorch the land. Do not use fires and barbecues inside the tents! This is not permitted and it can cause carbon-monoxide poisoning - we want you to be safe and enjoy your weekend.
Q: Is it a case of parking your car by your tent or will the car park be separate?
A: Camping will be separate from parking, so a short walk will be required- there may be a Sherpa available to carry your things for a small charge if you're feeling especially tired.
Q: Are drugs legal at Equinox?
A: No. The law of the land applies just as much at Equinox as it does anywhere else! You may be searched on entry, police may be on site.
Q: Do the gates shut at night?
A: Yes, there is strictly no admission after 10.00pm please be sure to arrive before then, and if you have to leave site, make sure you return before 10.00pm

Q: Can I bring my independent sound system or rig?
A: We are very sorry, but as Equinox is a small family friendly festival with a lot of entertainment and fun things to do at all times, we cannot allow independent sound systems on site.
Equinox Festival 2018 Payment Plan Ts & Cs:
For those who want to spread their ticket cost over a number of months, tickets can be purchased with our Payment Plan.
Pay the Initial Payment and Booking Fees now, and the remaining Instalments over 4 months, with no further Booking Fees.
Paying the Initial Payment signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Payment Plan is subject to Ticket availability. The Eligibility Period may be shortened or extended by us at our discretion.
Adult Weekend Ticket (16+ Years)
Camping included. Vehicles not included.
Initial Payment: £28.90 + £7.62 Booking Fee
1st Automated Monthly Instalment: £20
2nd Automated Monthly Instalment: £20
3rd Automated Monthly Instalment: £20
Final Automated Monthly Instalment: £20
Total to pay = £108.90 + £7.62 booking fee
Sign up to the Payment Plan by paying the Initial Payment + Booking Fees. The Initial Payment (including Booking Fee) will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your election to purchase the Ticket during the Eligibility Period.
The Initial Payment is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. The Initial Payment includes a per ticket Booking Fee as set out above which is also non-refundable.
Once you have signed up & made the Initial Payment, Skiddle will then automatically debit your card on a monthly basis for 4 consecutive months. Payment will be taken on or around the 1st of each month.

Skiddle will email you before each payment date if you have a balance outstanding. Please make sure the email address on your order is correct. You can edit your order details at https://www.skiddle.com/orders/
It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all Instalments on the dates set out above and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged.
If your card is declined, you will be notified via email on the due date. At this point you may provide an alternative card. Any alternative card must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser. If we are not provided with an alternative card we will attempt payment 24 hours later on the 2nd of the month. If this payment fails, we will email you again and attempt payment again 72 hours later on the 5th of the month.
If payment is not received within 5 days of the applicable due date for which payment is due, your purchase of the Ticket will be cancelled and your Ticket void, and you will not receive the Ticket or a refund for any paid Instalments (including booking fee).

You will receive an email receipt for your Initial Payment and each Instalment but you will only receive the full barcoded ticket once the whole value of the ticket/s has been paid.
Under no circumstances will the festival accept balance payments after the due date - it is your responsibility to ensure you have made full payment on time.
You cannot pay the balance at the gate - if you arrive at the gate with only a receipt for a part paid ticket, you will not be allowed entry.
All payments and associated fees are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money whatsoever.
These terms and conditions for the Equinox Payment Plan are in addition to the standard Equinox Festival and Skiddle.com terms and conditions which you agree to at the time of purchase.
