ENDEAVOUR FESTIVAL PRESENTS: RITA ORA

SUPERSTAR RITA ORA COMES TO MIDDLESBROUGH

Rita Ora will be performing her smash hits, along with new material from her upcoming album, set to be released later this year, at Endeavour Festival in Middlesbrough’s Stewart Park.

Endeavour Festival Presents: Rita Ora

Stewart Park, Middlesbrough

Friday 24th August 2018

Support: LOUISA JOHNSON // HANNAH JANE LEWIS // & MORE TO BE ANNOUNCED

We’re proud to announce that one of the UK’s biggest artists Rita Ora will be headlining the all-new Endeavour Festival on Friday 24th August 2018. Rita Ora has been leaving her mark on the music scene consistently for years, with her tendency to release some of the UK’s biggest hits. After selling out her most recent UK tour in record time, Rita Ora still isn’t done for this year and is set to be releasing her latest album before the year’s out and we cannot wait to welcome her to Middlesbrough’s Stewart Park!

Supporting the incredible Rita Ora will be X Factor 2015 champion and rising star Louisa Johnson. Since her rise to fame, Louisa has released some of the biggest singles over the last few years, which include collaborations with the likes of Clean Bandit and Olly Murs. We can’t wait to see Louisa perform her current hits, which include Unpredictable, So Good, Best Behaviour and her latest single Yes, as well as new material from her forthcoming debut studio album.

2016 was a milestone year for UK R&B girl group M.O – The announcement of a deal with Polydor Records (RAYE, Mura Masa, Years & Years) and Interscope in the US fell right on time and richly deserved following their first Official Top 20 single “Who Do You Think Of” – which raced to silver status, selling over 300,000 copies. Only Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie can boast similar breakthrough numbers; it was truly a huge statement from a trio who have been rightfully bubbling on the UK’s tastemaker underground since 2013.

19-year-old Kara Marni has been infatuated with music for as long as she can remember. With her adolescent years being sound-tracked by classical soul artists, it was on the school run while hearing her mum playing Minnie Riperton’s Loving You that her interest in music was fully realised. From that moment Marni spent hours listening to the track, hoping one day to mimic the iconic whistle register with which Riperton is synonymous with.

Last but not least is promising young star Hannah Jane Lewis, breaking through into the pop music industry! Her new single “Aftershock” is a beauty, combining her amazing vocals and production, which has created something that will have everyone dancing in Stewart Park!

This is a full female line-up, with M.O & Kara Marni joining Rita Ora, Louisa & Hannah Jane Lewis!
