About Comedy at the Castle - Warwick

The 4th instalment of the Midland's biggest open air comedy festival!

Comedy at the Castle has become a staple in the calendars of the people of Warwick and beyond, and they are returning for their biggest year yet.

After 2025's festival sold out in three months, they are back for three more nights over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

On the opening night expect:

  • Joanne McNally - one of the world's biggest selling comedians of 2025. A true comedy superstar.
  • Fin Taylor - star of Fin vs the Internet and Fin vs History.
  • Rachel Fairburn - Live at the Apollo, All Killa No Filla Podcast
  • Josh Jones - Jonathan Ross Show, Dancing on Ice, Live at the Apollo
  • Freddy Quinne - your resident host.

On Saturday night expect:

  • Russell Kane - a comedic force of nature and one of the best headliners in the industry.
  • Ed Byrne - one of the biggest comics of the past 20 years and his last show 'Tragedy Plus Time' was one of the best reviewed tours of the past 10 years.
  • Esther Manito - Live at the Apollo
  • Thomas Green - Viral sensation and currently on a sell out European Tour
  • Freddy Quinne - your resident host.

On the closing night expect:

  • Chris McCausland - this years winner of Strictly Come Dancing and one of 2025's biggest selling comedian.
  • Scott Bennett - star of the Royal Variety Performance and Live at the Apollo.
  • Hatty Preston - tour support for the likes of Theo Von, Shane Gillis.
  • Mike Rice - Viral sensation and co host of Mike and Vittorio's Guide to Parenting
  • Freddy Quinne - your resident host.

Doors of the castle will open at 6PM, for food and drinks. The show will begin at 8PM and will be done by 10.30PM.

Yes, seats are provided and are not reserved. You can purchase Golden Circle Tickets which gives you guaranteed seats on the front block of seating - closest to the stage.

Sadly not, the castle has a no dog policy. This of course does not apply to any guide dogs.

It depends how late to be honest! Comedy at the Castle - Warwick starts at 8 but they will have staff on the door letting people in until 9PM so you needn’t worry if you are running just a bit late. Anything after 9PM, you might struggle…
