Travelling from the North / West/ South

(The North, Liverpool, Stoke, Birmingham)

- Leave the M6 at Jct. 18. Take the A54 exit at the roundabout signposted Congleton / Jodrell Bank.
- At the double roundabout take the 2nd exit then 1st exit immediately.
- Follow relevant festival signage.
- Blue gate customers please turn left onto Bomish Lane
- Black gate customers please enter the festival from A535

Travelling from the East

(Manchester, Leeds, M62)

- Join A34 (Manchester)
- Turn right onto Bollington Lane signposted Preston, Chester & Holmes Chapel
- Turn right onto Chelford Road / A537 signposted Preston & Holmes Chapel
- At the roundabout take the first exit onto A535 signposted Holmes Chapel
- Follow relevant festival signage.
- Blue gate customers please turn right onto Bomish Lane, signposted Jodrell Bank
- Black gate customers please continue on the A535 and enter the festival from this road.

Car parking

There will be secure on site parking available.
Advanced car park tickets priced at £10 for the day and £20 for the weekend.
Tickets can be purchased from here.
Car parking tickets will be more expensive to purchase on the day.

Travelling by bike

If you arrive by bike, please lock it to one of our cycle racks. You can leave your bike during the event and collect on exit. Bike locks are not provided so please remember to bring your own!

Drop off/ pick up

There will be a designated drop off and pick up point which will be clearly signposted (BLUE GATE)

Customers are kindly asked to use the drop off and pick up point correctly as dropping off elsewhere may cause congestion or contravene road traffic regulations.

Live-in Vehicle

Cars are not permitted in the live in vehicle field, unless towing a caravan. 

Each ticket includes a pitch of 7 x 5 meters. One pass per live in vehicle, not per person. Tents are not permitted in the live in vehicle field. Unsuitable vehicles such as unconverted vans will not be allowed entry to the live in vehicle field and will be redirected to the festival car park where sleeping in vehicles is prohibited. Suitable vehicles are those that have living accommodation with fitted sleeping and either fitted cooking or washing facilities. Motorhomes include camper vans.

Bluedot Festival are proud to have been awarded the Silver level of Attitude is Everything’s Charter of Best Practice, demonstrating their commitment to improving the live music experience for their deaf and disabled customers.

Bluedot is a four-day festival set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The festival work closely with Attitude is Everything to provide an event site, which is accessible.

Please note: The accessibility facilities are reserved to festival goers with disabilities so unfortunately broken legs, recent injuries, recent operations, elderly and pregnant women do not qualify.
