An eight-piece ensemble founded by DJ Chris Tarn and double bass player Phil Smith who, after a chance encounter at a record shop, came together to merge their different styles. From 60s soul to dance floor jazz, 90s hip hop to old skool jazz, the result has gathered a legion of followers across the region and via radio stations as far and wide as Japan and Australia.
