Biography

Turbulence are a three piece indie rock band from Chester. Influenced by bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Led Zeppelin and Oasis, James, Lewis and George create their own unique take on modern rock music that is palatable to everyone.

"These guys have buckets of energy from the opening track. I'm already imagining how incredible these guys would sound at a festival."

After the release of their first EP in June 2017, Turbulence have been busy performing at venues and festivals around the North, including cities like Manchester, Liverpool, Stockport, Leeds, Sheffield and London Their song ‘Higher Ground’ gained some recognition from Dave Monks and BBC Merseyside after being played on BBC Introducing twice within the same week. The release of their music video for ‘Higher Ground’ was watched by over 30,000 people on their Facebook page.

2018 looks like a promising year for these lads, with Singles releases and gigs lined up throughout the year, Turbulence have a bullet proof plan to take on the world. With the drive these guys have to succeed in an increasingly difficult industry, you shouldn't put it past them.
