Biography

DJC Started to get into Hardcore in 2004, his first ever event was at Monday Night Madness where he really knew this was his passion. He bought his first set of decks within 6 months and his first ever Hardcore vinyl; Angel Eyes by the mighty RE-CON and that was it, he was hooked. He worked tirelessly at his DJ skills and when he felt he was ready he started to go out, pass demos and try build a name within the scene, he soon became known for his energetic stage presence and passionate performances. By 2007 he was resident at the legendary Hyperbolic as well as playing local events such as Total Eclipse, Dub till Dawn, RQ, Beat Junkies and London based Ballistic Beats.

As well as pushing his djing he took on a level 3 qualification in Music technology covering many aspects of music from studio production to live sound, theory and industry which he completed with distinction. During this time he was also expanding his name through radio on a peak time Kraftyradio.Com show and featuring on radio shows in Russia & Germany.

By 2009 his hard work really started to pay off as he found his high energy mixing style combined with his selection of explosive bouncy beats started filling dance floors as he quickly gained more reputation and bookings after winning the coveted HardcoreHeaven DJ finals. He then started to play at raves such as, HH Weekender, True Hardcore, USC @ SANTAPOD, HH @ OPERA HOUSE, HTIDITS, Energy rush, H-Core and to top another brilliant year for this fast rising DJ, NYE NEC 2009.

In 2011 he won the HTIDITS finals which lead on to him being booked for the HTID Weekender and RaverBaby @ Peterborough Showground as well as still maintaining his residences and pushing himself in the studio.

2012 was another year of maintaining and building as he continued to play around the country and again in Spain for HTIDITS. As the radio show became more and more popular he took that on the road and started pushing Hardcore in a new way by creating great Hardcore videos for YouTube with his 'Feel The Rush' team (links below). To cap off another fantastic year for this young hardworking DJ saw him being booked in TORONTO, CANADA for a NYE set at Nocturnal.

By 2013 he was signed to KLUBBED UP and was progressing his sound and style in the studio, working hard to realise his ambitions, becoming more and more unique. When the label thought he was ready, he mixed the KLUBBED UP SUMMER ANTHEMS vol 2 which was a rave scene success. By now, as well as maintaining his diary he was gaining more bookings and residencies across the country with Totally 'Ardcore, Adrenalin Stompers, CoreBlimey and Serious Sounds.

In early 2014 he released his first Happy Hardcore track Children which was a remix of (Robert Miles). Up to date he has released tracks which have shown the progression of this producer and why he’s continued with the label and is also working on projects with various other artist inside and outside the scene.

DJC co-owns and runs AtomBeats with Carl Storm, which you can find in the links below, this is no ordinary radio show again proving his skills and knowledge of the studio.

In 2015 DJC continued playing all over the UK taking up a new residency with Subb Sonic in Skegness while continuing his already established residencies elsewhere in the country. You really have to watch this DJ live to appreciate the stage performance he puts on week in week out, every rave, every radio show. Its this awe inspiring performance which took him to the pinnacle of last year, WESTFEST15 (cd pack no MC).

So he’s hit the ground running in 2016 looking promising with a busy diary, more groundbreaking original ideas and continuation in the studio, producing and engineering original Hardcore music for the dance floor.
