After taking a long needed sabbatical from the DJ circuit, where he ended his long standing resident slots at Edinburgh's Subtle Logic and The End's flagship party Subterrain, where Murf and Mr. C's now infamous 4hr sessions were witnessed every month until late 1999.

He's been letting his record box get the better of him of late and has started playing out again, recent guest spots at some excellent sessions both in London and abroad - Living City's Launch Party, Hypercolours Label party, Covert Records 10th birthday bash, various Kerfuffle's, Technology, Retox @ Sosho, Subterrain Re-Union @ The End (R.I.P.), Texas Re-Union's in Osaka & Kobe, Tokyo @ MAD, Varna @ Weekend, to name a few...

For the last few years, He's been involved with a London based party crew called KLIK KLAK with some like-minded loons...

They've been laying low for the past year working on some other projects - building a new studio, writing some very deeeep shit, flying around the globe doing his thing, and are now in the process of setting up a very exciting new project...

Many have have come to regard Murf as a serious music collector, who has acquired an immense record collection through the years, both as a club and radio DJ, and has been lucky enough to travel all over the globe meeting some amazing friends and like minded people who share his knowledge, passion, respect and love for good music!
