Bluekings Blues Bash.
THE BLUEKINGS are a popular 5 piece band. Now veterans of the UK blues circuit, the Bluekings have been winning over audiences with their distinct blend of up-tempo Chicago and West Coast harp driven swing blues for the last sixteen years! With three vocalists, two lead guitarists, harmonica and a solid rhythm section, they deliver an unpretentious, authentic sound. Following on from several well received performances in Nashville Tennessee last year the band have had a great 2011 culminating with an awesome Dundee Blues Festival performance that gained this accolade from Hugh Reilly of the SCOTSMAN. "Along at The Doghouse pub, an English band called The Blue Kings were outstanding"The Band have recently performed at the Clone Blues Festival and are already booked for 2012 and retur. So please put on your dancing shoes and come and see the Bluekings, don't expect an early night!
