Pole Jam -a great way to meet other students from your school, & make friends.You can learn new moves, help each other and have lots of fun. We hold regular pole jams, usually free! Please click here to find out more about the next pole jam or special event.
A pole dancing workout burns lots of calories so if you hate the gym and are looking for something new, fun and exciting - you've found it. Pole Dancing will tone and define your muscles, making you stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Think of Pole Dancing as a mixture of gymnastics and ballet with lots and lots of fun and laughter!
